2.1.3 Description option ------------------------ Some commands accept an option of the form ‘-t-TEXT’ or ‘-tFILE-NAME’. This option is to set or update the RCS file description text. In the first form, TEXT is used directly, excluding the leading hyphen (‘-’) that distinguishes the two forms. In the second form, the description text is taken from the contents of FILE-NAME.
